The COVID-19 pandemic is a global challenge that鈥檚 having a real impact on our community. At Legacy听 Co-op, we understand the vital role we play in the community and aim to serve you with the items you need, when you need them.
鈥淥ur response to this pandemic not only considers the health and well-being of our Co-op members and customers, but also our employees,鈥 said Bruce Thurston, General Manager of Legacy Co-op.
鈥淥ur food stores, gas bars and agro centres are critically important at this time, and we鈥檙e doing everything we can to ensure they stay open and accessible, while also protecting against the spread of COVID-19.鈥
We鈥檙e closely monitoring the impact of the coronavirus and our actions are guided by the World Health Organization, Public Health Agency of Canada, Saskatchewan Health Authority and local Public Health officials.听听
Safe shopping initiatives
To maintain a safe environment and serve our members and customers, we鈥檝e implemented the following actions:
飩 Enhanced sanitation and hygiene practices at all our locations. 飩 Reducing hours at many of our locations to eliminate the amount of face time with customers 飩 Posting signage at all locations regarding social distancing 飩 Posting signage at all locations asking to stay away if you are sick 飩 Placing tape on the floors where customers should lineup 飩 Placing barriers in front of checkouts to keep customers back 飩 Installing plexi-glass screens to separate customers from cashiers 飩 Increasing the standards for cleaning and sanitizing 飩 Ensuring gloves and hand sanitizer are in supply for use 飩 Increasing our delivery program to help keep customers home

During this period, please purchase only what you need and don鈥檛 visit our locations if you feel unwell or have recently travelled. These are not normal circumstances and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to make products available and restock our stores.
