The Good Spirit School Division has announced 鈥媋 division-wide cancellation of all buses for Monday, Nov. 9.
The decision followed a previous Division posting on its website noting Environment Canada was forecasting a significant weather event for Sunday and Monday. In that posting the GSSD noted an 鈥渆xpectation of a considerable amount of snow, combined with freezing rain and heavy winds, and to allow families an adequate amount of time to plan accordingly, all bus routes that transport students who reside within the city limits of Yorkton and Melville were cancelled for Monday.鈥�
Later Sunday the GSSD announced the Division-wide cancellation.
Schools will however remain open.
