The car suspected to be driven by the two murder suspects in B.C., Kam McLeod and Bruce Schmegelsky, has been confirmed to not be a suspect vehicle. The last confirmed sighting of the two was in Gillam, MB.
Earlier today, Yorkton RCMP issued a Crime Watch advisory asking the public to be on the lookout for a car believed to be driven by the two suspects. At 12:15 this afternoon the RCMP put out an update, saying that the car has been located, confirmed to not be connected to the two or the incidents in B.C., and thanking the public for their assistance.
If people do see the two men, they are asked to call 911 and urged not to approach the two men. Keep watch for the latest updates.
