The ‘Blast from the Past’ program continued today at the Yorkton branch of the Western Development Museum.
Scheduled to run Tuesday to Thursday, the program provides participating youth, ages eight-to-12, with fun activities and hands-on experiences designed to provide a glimpse into pioneer life on the Canadian Prairies.
Wednesday the activities included making a candle, undertaking a heritage-themed ‘Amazing Race’ and doing the preparation for an apple pie, and strawberry jam.
