While it wasn't possible to have a big party in person, the family and friends of Jim Ennis wasn't going to let him turn 73 without some birthday cheer. A retired Fire Chief, Ennis was able to see everyone as they paraded past his house, to help him celebrate. The event was organized by daughter Tracey Bitz, who surprised Ennis with by being at the end of the parade.
