KAMSACK — The Kamsack Fire Department marked Thanksgiving morning with a warm community gathering, hosting a pancake breakfast at the James Rudd Memorial Fire Hall on Oct. 14.
The event, sponsored by Family Pharmacy I.D.A Drugs, Buck’s Dollar Store, Richardson Pioneer, P&H Grain, Royal Ford, Yorkton Fireworks, Iron Grill, and Christine from Field’s, drew residents together to celebrate the holiday morning with some fresh pancakes.
Attendees enjoyed a hearty breakfast featuring pancakes, breakfast sausage, homemade whipped cream, juice, and coffee. The annual breakfast has become a tradition for Kamsack, offering a chance for residents to connect and support the local fire department.
The Fire Hall expressed gratitude to the sponsors and volunteers who made the event possible, noting that community support is essential for the department's ongoing efforts to serve the town and area and that they’re always looking for volunteers.
