Eaglestone Lodge in Kamsack provides residents with meals, laundry, housekeeping, and medical services.

According to a recent press release, senior citizens aged 65 and over who qualify for the Saskatchewan personal care home benefit are now welcome to move to Kamsack’s Eaglestone Lodge and live there for as little as $2,000 per month. The reduced residency rate applies to new residents only. It pays for meals, private rooms, personal care, medical supervision, social activities, laundry, housekeeping, and more. Eaglestone’s board of directors approved the discount to fill empty rooms and generate more revenue for the beleaguered personal care home. The release concluded with the announcement that special rates are now available for eight new low-income seniors.
