KAMSACK — Assiniboine Valley Estates recently celebrated a significant milestone with its 10th-anniversary festivities. Owned by Ryan and Zoe Keown, they held a special event in honour of this achievement.
The celebration took the form of a barbecue lunch held in the common area, which provided an ideal setting for the community to come together and commemorate the decade-long journey of Assiniboine Valley Estates. Residents gathered, sharing smiles and laughter, creating an atmosphere of warmth and camaraderie.
Over the years, Assiniboine Valley Estates has played a pivotal role in the Kamsack community, offering a comfortable and secure living environment for its residents. Currently, all available suites within the estate are occupied, reflecting the popularity and demand for this housing option.
