      The Preeceville Figure Skating club went into the past to a time of classic rock and roll for its annual ice carnival held at the Preeceville Skating Arena on March 17.
The theme was Rock of Ages and featured music through the rock era.
           Laura Sliva was the mistress of ceremonies for the evening performances. Britney Vewchar kicked off the evening with the singing of O Canada.
           Tamara Delawski was the coach for the Preeceville Figure Skating Club.
           Angelina Sorgen and Jillian Tonn skated the first duet of the evening to Girls Just Wanna have Fun.
           Camryn Nelson and Paje Reynolds performed a duet to Don't Stop Believing.
           Skaters performing to Born to be Wild were Gavin Erickson, Carter Moekerk, Trenley Nelson and Amber Spray.
           Skating to Jailhouse Rock were Melissa Durnad, Briley Friday, Bennett Halkyard, Lizzie Ivanochko, Maddy Pole and Hailey Spray.
           Anna and Serra Hort skated a sister duet to You Give Love a Bad Name.
           Hannah Delawski skated a guest solo to River Flows in You.
           Camryn Nelson performed a solo to Sound of Silence.
           Melissa Durand, Lizzie Ivanochko and Hailey Spray skated to Johnny B. Goode.
           Olivia and Maggie Ivanochko and Brianne Paterson performed to Crazy Train.
           Paje Reynolds skated to First Kiss.
           Gavin Erickson and Carter Moekerk performed an Elvis Presley song, You Ain't Nothing but a Hound Dog.
           Briley Friday, Bennett Halkyard and Maddy Pole performed to We Built this City.
           Serra Hort, Angelina Sorgen and Jillian Tonn skated to I Love Rock and Roll.
           Hannah and Tamara Delawski skated a guest duet to Down.
           Anna Hort, Paje Reynolds and Camryn Nelson performed to Come on Feel the Noise.
           Olivia and Maggie Ivanochko, Trenley Nelson, Brianne Paterson and Amber Spray skated to Old Time Rock and Roll.
           Serra Hort skated a solo to Summer of 69.
           Jillian Tonn performed a junior bronze free skate.
           Kate Covlin and Hannah Delawski were guest skaters who performed to Count on Me.
           Angelina Sorgen skated a junior bronze free skate.
           Tamara Delawski performed a gold interpretive skate to In and Out of Darkness.
           The grand finale in which all members of the club participated, concluded the carnival.
           Corwin Tonn supplied the music for the program. Program assistants were Hannah Delawski, Angelina Sorgen, Jillian Tonn and Paje Reynolds.
