REGINA - An unprecedented day for Rylee Miller of Saskatoon at the 2023 Canada Winter Games.
The gymnast has quite the collection of Canada Games medals after capturing a gold medal in the floor event of artistic gymnastics.
This is in addition to a silver on the beam and a bronze on the uneven bars.
From Gymnastics Canada:
With a bronze (uneven bars), silver (beam) and gold (floor) today, Rylee Miller has become Saskatchewan’s most decorated female gymnast in Canada Games history.
She’s also the first female SK athlete to win gold in floor at the Games.
Prior to Rylee Miller’s three-medal performance today, Team Sask had a total of four medals from female athletics in artistic gymnastics over the Canada Games’ 56-year history, meaning Rylee nearly doubled the total in a single day.
